about

This full-length 24-track album is a great release, dripping with soundbites and quirky backing tracks - yet another new musical direction for Howl. It's been created as three mini-albums on one album, each lasting approximately 20 minutes, so there's no reason to get fed up with it if you don't want to. You'll never place all the source material, the whole thing sounds irritatingly familiar from the first time you listen to it. It's been likened to the work of Negativland and Severed Heads - and that's high praise indeed.
The tracks are all named by symbols, which Bandcamp doesn't support - please see the accompanying artwork.

Originally released by Pumf Records in 2002 on CD, and still available from Pumf Records. To buy a tangible copy go to www.batcow.co.uk/pumf/pumf.htm#378.
